At Fujifarms.in, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality organic food products, fresh from our 100+ acre farm near Alwar, Rajasthan, directly to your doorstep. We take great care in ensuring your order is accurate and in excellent condition. However, in the event you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

Perishable Goods (Fruits, Vegetables, Dairy, etc.)

Due to the nature of perishable goods and our commitment to delivering the freshest produce, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds on these items unless one of the following conditions is met:

Damaged or Spoiled Goods Upon Arrival

If your order arrives damaged or spoiled, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence of the damage. If the order is delivered after 8 pm, you can intimate us by 12 pm the next day. We will assess the situation and may offer a replacement of the affected items or a refund for their value.

Incorrect Items

If you receive items that you did not order, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement of the correct items or a full refund upon verification.

Non-Perishable Goods (Grains, Pulses, Spices, etc.)

For non-perishable items, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged or incorrect non-perishable items, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photographic evidence if applicable. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.

Quality Issues

If you believe there is a significant quality issue with a non-perishable product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with details and photographic evidence if possible. We will investigate the issue and may offer a replacement or a refund at our discretion.

How to Request a Return or Refund

Please contact our customer support team via email at contact@fujfarms.in or call us at +91 8287506599 within the specified timeframe mentioned above (same day for perishable goods delivered before 8 pm, by 12 pm next day for perishable goods delivered after 8 pm, 3 days for non-perishable goods).

Provide your order number, details of the issue, and clear photographic evidence if the issue is related to damage or spoilage. You can also upload images of the bad quality/tampered/rotten items to support your claim.

Refund Process

If your return or refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days of the approval. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
